Something I wrote the day of the fire at Notre Dame as a sort of tribute to the grief of the French. A show of solidarity, that I too shared in their grief.

Prompt: Sherlock and John meet on holiday where they're both taking skiing lessons, and John always hears Sherlock and his family speak French, so John asks him out in his best French and Sherlock's like 1) Your French is terrible, 2) I can speak English, and 3) Yes - anonymous
Prompt: A case takes them to Switzerland or something, and it ends quickly, so they decide to have a little recreational fun, most likely skiing or something. One of them gets hurt in some spectacular fashion and the other has to nurse them back to health - justsuperblue
When John and his friends decide to blow off some steam after finals with a holiday to the Swiss Alps, he's expecting a week of roaring fires, hot chocolate, and snow as far as the eye can see. He is not expecting to fall head over heels for a fellow guest--a young Frenchman known only as "Blue Scarf"--but John's not one to let a little language barrier get in the way, and, with the help of Google Translate, it might just be a Christmas to remember after all.
