Summary
As Annika moves to stand at her full height - heels that make her taller than Raffaela by several inches - the sword comes whipping out, stopping mere millimetres from her chin. Her years of training do her well and she doesn’t flinch, eyes still on Annika. Never leaving.

It's been done before, and it'll be done again, but here's my take on how "Workforce" may have gone if Chakotay had been on that planet as well.

Summary
An automated leadership assessment glitches when Seven takes it, leaving her reeling and afraid to make decisions. But there's one person who may be able to help her. For all kind of reasons.
This is a quiet story. A lot of talking. A lot of tears. A lot of love.
And a love letter to where I grew up.
The title comes from this: There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are the messengers of overwhelming grief, of deep contrition, and of unspeakable love. - Washington Irving

Summary
Harry Kim, evaluating his professional future aboard a Voyager still facing decades of travel ahead, has decided it’s time to pivot away from the command track toward something new. His friends’ lives are changing, so why shouldn’t his?
Meanwhile, change is something the Doctor hasn’t been able to come by lately. If he’s not just a machine executing a program, why does he feel like he’s stuck making the same mistakes over and over?
Maybe getting Harry’s new counseling career off the ground is exactly what they both need to move forward. Except nothing on Voyager is ever that simple. Long-distance bureaucracy, competing ethical considerations, the crew’s complicated feelings about Harry’s decision, and Voyager’s newest baby all collude to make this “simple” career decision into something more complex than anyone bargained for.

Summary
She tries to take everything in. It looks, in a general way, like quarters on a Starfleet vessel. She’s in her uniform, but her tricom badge is missing when she reaches to activate it. A couple of gestures with a glaring lack of responding movement suggest there’s no programmable matter elements on the beside console.
So it’s Starfleet. But it’s not an up-to-date vessel. And she’s disconnected from communication. Excellent.
Keyla and Adira get thrown back in time. The Enterprise-G picks them up.

Ever had a completely fucked up day you thought couldn’t possibly get worse, but which proved you wrong?
Did it include Q and being sent to the Delta Quadrant on your sister’s ship into her first officer’s shower?
No?
Well, mine did. -

Summary
It's 2403, the Enterprise-G is has just completed its 1st 6 month mission with Captain Seven in Command. Starfleet and the Federation are trying to rediscover their spirit of adventure and peaceful exploration. Good job the new Commander-in-Chief, one Admiral K. Janeway, knows a thing or two about that.
Or, what happens six months on from the final scene of the final episode of s3 of Picard for Seven and Janeway, with some attempt to explain how they got there, because I had questions. Lots of questions.
[aka yes, ncruuk's gone and done another epic]

Summary
The young woman gapes at her, her sky blue eyes like giant saucers. The dark material of her Starfleet uniform makes her pale skin appear almost porcelain. With her long, rose-gold colored hair pulled back into a neat ponytail and freckles dusting her nose and cheekbones she looks like a doll, Kathryn thinks. The observation leaves a bitter taste in her mouth.
“Who are you?” she asks, even though the knot in her stomach tells her she already knows the answer. Still, she refuses to believe it until she hears it.
The other woman blinks irritated, then squares her shoulders and meets Kathryn’s gaze without flinching.
“Cadet Kathryn Janeway, ma’am”

Summary
A series of fics showing the command team's relationship with episode related Canon compliant behind the scenes stories.
Starting from 'Resolutions', ending with 'Endgame', trying to make sense of out of character behaviors and episodes like 'Unforgettable', 'Counterpoint', 'Fair Haven', etc.
By Canon compliant I mean: everything we saw on screen happened.
I'm planning to rewatch the series - what a chore! - so I don't expect this to be completed too soon.
I'll try my best researching stardates and elapsed time. The chapters can be read as standalone stories.
Due to the limitation on the number of allowed tags I will list the referenced episodes in the notes, and I will keep extending the list as I post new chapters.
