Summary
Are they forever going to be crashing through each other’s lives like this? They can’t quite seem to converge without a stomach-swerving sort of chaos—not in this world, in this timeline. Certainly not intentionally and mutually, or without shame, regret and shouldn’t haves. So many mistakes that surely didn’t add up to anything worth learning from. Because of course he shouldn’t have slept with Eliot and he shouldn’t look at him either. Not the way he wants to. The way he knows he always has, even when Alice was right there, sharp-eyed and silent, watching Quentin want things he couldn’t have.
Quentin never has been very good at stopping himself from wanting.
Or: Quentin and Eliot have a lot to work out before they can find their way back to one another. And then a whole lot more after that.

Summary
Eliot stood up; he towered over her. He smirked, plucked the ashtray from her hands, set it down on the side, and silently lamented that the cherry had gone out. He looked into the woman’s face appraisingly. God she had massive eyes. She looked young, definitely no older than him. All that rage and intensity, Eliot could see right through it. This was a woman who saw the world as it was and instead of being terrified, or running away, she turned around and faced it. Said fine, you can kill me, but I’m gonna make your life fucking hell while you do it . Eliot liked her. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a lighter, picked up the joint from the ashtray. Put it in his mouth and lit it. Then he held it out to her with a quirk of his eyebrows. “ I’m going to call you Bambi. “

Summary
After running for his life from homicidal Neitherlands locals, dealing with infuriatingly vague librarians, and missing several weeks on Earth, the last thing Penny thinks he wants to deal with is Quentin Coldwater's bullshit.
But, he could be wrong about that.
AKA, Alice learns to ask for what she wants, Penny learns she's absolutely devious, Quentin is just as bad at warding his thoughts as we know him to be, Penny uses that to his advantage. Set directly after s01 e10.

Summary
“Bitch, we are your campus tour,” Margo announces with finality. For a second Quentin's hackles go up, but then – that's not really an insult when another omega says it, right? It seems like in – movies or whatever, omega friends call each other that all the time. Quentin wouldn't know, he's never had an omega friend, and the idea that Margo, with her perfect hair and her fancy eye makeup and her swaying stride in thigh-high boots, could even theoretically be his first kind of beggars belief. It's not like hey, you've been accepted to the magic school you never applied to levels of improbable, but it's – like, whatever's right below that, basically.

“Hey, ignore Eliot,” says Quentin. “He’s… you know, just being Eliot.”
Quentin POV of "if being him is who you are / say it loud say you know you are", and then some. Would recommend reading 'part 1' first!

Summary
The last clear thing he sees before he passes out is a younger him, watching with an expression that lies somewhere between shock and confusion and horror, with much shorter hair and a far less haunted look in his eyes.
What the fuck.
Through the usual level of unexplained happenstance, Eliot and Quentin show up in an alternate timeline, Eliot after getting gutted with axes and Quentin after he's died. Separated and with no idea what's happening or how to get back, they have to find each other and a way home, all while dealing with Emotions and their younger selves.

Summary
Eliot is staring at Quentin’s feet, the shadows of the hallway making it look like he’s at the end of a long, dark tunnel that he’d clawed his way up to get to this bedroom. “Yes, I did. After I was able to get out of bed and... walk and you were finally awake for longer than an hour, I went to see you.” He leans against the doorway again, his hands in his pockets, eyes moving from Quentin, to the window, and then back. He clears his throat - “You didn’t see me. And I- what I wanted to say- I couldn’t… and it was cowardly. I should have just talked to you, but I ran instead.”
What I wanted to say…
“What did you want to say?” Quentin asks softly.
“Why didn’t you say it?” he almost whispers, his eyes gazing up at Eliot.
Eliot looks at him and whatever he sees in Quentin’s eyes seems to break him even further, and a choked sob escapes. He runs a hand over his face and says, “You had Alice.”
Quentin swallows.
“I wanted you.”

Summary
It’s hard to be The Bard! Quentin Coldwater, playwright for The Whitespire Theater, is supposed to write a fantastic new love story in the span of three weeks. But breaking up with his muse Alice Quinn, and constant badgering from his boss Josh Hoberman, aren’t doing anything to help his crippling writer’s block. That is, until a new, unknown actor appears just in time during auditions, capturing his imagination and his heart. Eliot Waugh has turned to acting for one last adventure before he’s forced to marry Lady Fen of Wessex. Together, Quentin and Eliot risk everything for the chance to show the world that a simple play truly can depict “the beauty of all life.”
Based on Shakespeare in Love (1999) for the Magicians Happily Ever After collection.

Summary
Quentin Coldwater had died. Well, almost. All of his friends are glad to hear that he returned intact--except he wasn't. Something went wrong. Quentin wasn't Quentin anymore. Eliot Waugh is still pining for him, but has to watch as Quentin doesn't even regard Alice romantically anymore. Meanwhile, Julia is figuring out how to handle her emotions and use them to her advantage. The group has to find a way to get Quentin's shade back before he realizes his full and not so benevolent potential. Is this the origin of a darker timeline or can Quentin be returned to a state of completeness by those that love him?
Or the fic in which Q is a dick but in a kind of funny antagonistic way and everyone else is stressed out.
(This is a very rough draft. I WILL be revising it in the future and adding more content.)

Summary
Quentin Coldwater didn’t know what he needed. Grad school was a bust. His dad was diagnosed with brain cancer, and his own brain was broken again. His aunts, Zelda and Jane Schiff, offered him a part-time position at their shop, The Garden Path, selling books and bouquets, and he thought, "why not?" After they up and take off for retirement, leaving the shop in Quentin’s ownership, he accidentally figures it all out. This follows several years of his life in which he finds family, a dream career, and his soulmate. (Basically, everything he deserves and *more.*)

Summary
“What’s better than coaxing an ornery, twitchy boy into bed?” Margo asked.
“Coaxing his roommate into my bed,” Kady said.
“Point, Kady,” Margo said.
“I’m not doing it. I need a job. Not a Quentin. I can’t afford to take anyone out. And he said no. I’m going to be waiting tables in Jersey or—”
“Working on a goat farm. I know,” Margo said. “I know you love goats. And drama. It makes sense.” Eliot hated goats. Their eyes. They'd seen things.
Kady put her beer down with a thunk. “I’ll waive your rent for October.”
“You’ll what now?”
“I’ll pay for your date. Waive your rent. Just get Quentin to go to grad school prom with you so Julia will go with me.”
“Jesus, Kady,” Margo drawled. “What’s this girl’s deal? Does her pussy taste like cotton candy?”
Kady groaned. “I wouldn’t know.”
