The Java District is the lowest of the low, the lack of a police force present within the area, with near to none medical services situated anywhere and most of all, the absence of hero patrol in the district speaks volumes on how terrible living there must be.
After all, the constant influx of villains and criminals don’t just target the Prime and Antarctic Districts.
Now we watch Tomathy Innit, 16 and an escapist from an ability asylum, a store owner, a bartender, a vigilante and an information broker. He was thrusted into a world of survival. Those who end up in the Java District, stay there. There is no hope for you to rise to the upper districts. Well, not unless a certain vigilante had to say about it.
After all, Cheshire is only reserved for patrol within the Javian Streets of the velvet night. And if anyone is going to bring the district into prosperity, it may as well be him.

The man’s brown eyes went wide, before he burst out laughing. “Well, that’s not the greeting I expected but, uh, I’m Wilbur. Wilbur Soot.”
“You weren’t here yesterday.” He responded in an almost accusatory voice.
Wilbur chuckled, looking around nervously “I mean, that’s usually how people work? They’re not in the same place 24/7.”
Tommy suddenly realized how ridiculous his words were and backtracked. “No, I mean I’ve never seen you here before. This stand has always been empty.”
“Oh! Yeah that’s fair, I’m pretty new.” He laughed, “I bought this stand last week, but it took me forever to set it up.”
He nodded, still wondering about the keychain, the one with Wilbur’s picture in it he found the day before. “That makes sense. Welcome to the mall. Also, sorry about toppling your stand yesterday.”
Wilbur blinked “You did what?”

Tommys frown immediately deepened and he stood up as the possibility of a good night left the room of reality: “The fuck do you want here?”
The hero didn`t react at first, still leaning against a wall and even though Tommy wasn`t able to see his face, he could almost feel the disappointed stare Adranus send his way.
Which was rude.
Not like that guy had any right to be disappointed in him and the longer their staring duel lasted (does it count as a staring contest when they couldn`t see each others eyes?), the more frustrated he became. A feeling which only got amplified when Adranus let out a long, far longer than it needed to be, sigh.
Or: Tommy is a vigilante, investigating the appearance of a new drug, has to hide his identity from his hero family and somehow gets attached to not only another team of superheroes, who want him as their sidekick, but also two of the cities most dangerous supervillains. Chaos and friendship ensues.

Summary
It had never meant to go this way. Schlatt was supposed to get better, not fall back down into old, nasty habits. If he had not gone to that party, if he had just taken someone with him, everything could have been avoided. Maybe he would have been able to actually get better. And now, the bitter resentment of Quckity burns him, the indifference that Fundy gives, and the disillusion, disbelief that Tubbo, his own son, makes trying to get better a lot harder. Especially when everyone had given up on him, and he had wasted his second chance. Especially since his health is getting worse.

Tommy, Tubbo and Quackity are highly trained assassins, it just so happens that their newest target is the Crown Prince of the Antarctic Empire."What do you mean that's not our job anymore!?" the figure screamed in outrage.
"We aren't killing him, not anymore."
The other voice had now gotten significantly closer and if Wilbur had half a mind in that second, he would've of called Techno to deal with it. But he didn't, not with the adrenaline of death waiting at his doorstep, the aura of his proposed murderer and the other boy who seemed to be his only chance of living currently.
There's just one issue, it's possible that Tommy is his missing brother.

In order to prove to his unimpressed, absent parents that he’s been leading a successful life for the last five years, Schlatt impulsively kidnaps Alex and forces him to pose as his spouse.
