Tommy Lives a normal life in the watson household after being adopted at a young age by Philza. He doesn't remember much apart from bits and pieces before he was with his father, but he knows it wasn't too pleasant. They lived in a world where humans and hybrids lived all but equally, Being hunted down by the Essempi police force and tested on in labs. The public was unaware, fooled to think that what the police were doing was right, that the hybrid peoples were dangerous, and needed to be contained or trained to be better. The hybrids that were claimed as being from the "nether" or more well known as hell, were the things most feared, as they were claimed to be the most aggressive, causing chaos and reeking havoc. It was said to be their nature, and if you came across one of these "nether borns" you should report it immediately. Tommy Knows that the claim is stupid, and just because they were born to be "evil" doesn't mean they will be. Little does he know, this will hit too close to home.

Does Schlatt want to win the election? Yes, he sees the potential in holding power in the up-and-coming nation.But obviously they can't all win, and whether they know it or not, they each have a lot more to lose than just the title of President or Vice President of L'manberg.
