His first panic attack in six months is in his office in L.A., watching the world fall apart around him.
The world is just like it has always been - Barry Allen is the Flash by night and by day he is trapped in a laboratory with his co-worker Julian Albert.
The Reverse Flash still lingers like an after-image around Central City with no tangible trace to follow anymore, however meta-humans are in great supply and Flash finds himself gladly distracted by the demands of being a hero.
Little does he know that something is coming, something that will force him to forge alliances with unlikely friends and come to distrust someone he always thought he could believe in.
Barry will need the help of his team and enemies to face the monster of Time-Space, and the even greater monster of the Speed-Force if they're all going to survive and more importantly be human enough in themselves to be worth living.
“As I predicted, the unrest in Heaven is great. The archangel Raphael is assembling forces and has plans to bring about the Apocalypse and rule Heaven.”
“You mean the Apocalypse we just stopped?” Bobby asks. Castiel nods. “Balls,” the hunter sighs.
“So, what are we gonna do about this?” Deanna asks.
Castiel turns towards her, brow furrowing slightly in confusion. “‘We’?”
She snorts. “Yeah, dumbass. ‘We.’ What’s the plan to stop your dick brother from having another showing of Apocalypse Now?”
Or, a Season 6 rewrite.

Richie's weirdly beautiful, Eddie decides. Unassuming at first glance—he always has been, what with his garish print button-ups, thick-lensed glasses, and classic tall-person slouch—but beautiful. Maybe in the day-to-day as well, but especially when he glows.
No, literally glows.
Reddie Sky High AU — (basically High School AU + Superpowers AU) Richie glows, Eddie turns into a guinea pig.
“P-P-Power placement?” asks Bill.
Mike folds his arms. “Sounds Fascist.”
"Power placement.” Stan sounds perplexed. With a legacy superhero family like that, Big Bill ought to know these things, after all. “It’s how they decide where you’ll go.”
Bill still has this mystified look on his face, so Eddie spells it out for him.
“The hero track or loser track,” says Eddie, and he tries to keep the bitterness from his tone. He’s too bummed to even really track that there might be something he knows that the famous Big Bill Denbrough doesn’t.
Because between the hero track and the loser track, Eddie knows exactly where he belongs.
“Th-There’s a loser track?” asks Bill.
“I believe the preferred term is ‘hero support’,” says Stan, humorless as expected.
Konoha is a young village. A village that should unite shinobi clans and make them one big family. Yet old traditions die slowly, and some clans have trouble seeing their new neighbours as equals. In such times, marriage becomes a powerful tool to strenghten bonds. While Uchiha and Senju try to unite their clans through a wedding vow, the Hyuuga prefer to stay among themselves.
Tobirama Senju has devoted his life to Konoha, and thus to his work as the Hokage's advisor. Keeping the peace in the village is his first priority. But those priorities get challenged when a woman makes her way into his life.
(This story takes place in an AU. It's pretty canon-like, but I do make a few changes to the world and background stories, just so it all makes more sense to me personally and goes more into the direction I would have liked canon to go. Most of those changes aren't really relevant for this story I'd say, which takes place ~50 years before canon. But yeah, if anything strikes you as different from canon (like Hashirama being a Jinchuuriki), that's most likely not a mistake but something I changed intentionally.)

Tove chose to surrender rather than be killed, after Sigfried was defeated at Beamfleot, giving herself up to the mercy of the Saxons. Thanks to Finan’s intervention, her life is indeed spared and she is brought into Uhtred’s service. With the sting of defeat fresh on her tongue and her new life fighting for the Saxons secured; Tove is left wondering what tricks the Gods have in store for her next.
(Semi-slow burn with plot. Repost of my previous story by the same name. Takes place mostly Season Three and beyond with some book elements.)
