Summary
Izuku was orphaned when he was 4 after his family was caught in a villain attack and both of his parents got killed by a hero during that vilain's rampage. Then he was put in an orphanage where he met Shinsou Hitoshi.
Later, he was adopted by Midnight and he gains a mother, a "soon-to-be-his-adopted father", two protective uncles and an adopted uncle who is the same age as him. He also grew up to be exact copy of her (well, not exactly but close enough).
Can his new family help him change his mind about heroes? Join his pursuit of becoming a Hero using his Chlorokinesis and a band of guys who fell head over heels over him.Basically I watched Batman & Robin and got inspired from Poison Ivy.
Izuku will be flirty and his quirk is inspired by her.

Shinsou Hitoshi’s quiet mornings in the back of the library get suddenly and annoyingly disrupted by a loud blond at the start of his third year in college. There’s no reason for this loud-ass blond to be as loud as he is, and for some reason, Shinsou isn’t telling him to fuck off.
After two weeks of annoyance, Shinsou gets the pleasure of him breaking into his apartment, and for some reason, he doesn’t kick him out. A week later, he finally asks what’s wrong, and he’s asked a question he was wholly unprepared for.
For some reason, he says yes.
What harm can a fake relationship do him when the guy who asked is attractive and he wouldn’t mind some intrigue in his otherwise boring university life?

Sure, Izuku had fought deadly villains and stayed calm and rational, but this he was never prepared to handle... Izuku shot up to sit up to listen intently when he felt a hard tug at his chest. There he saw that his chest had a pair of moderately large breasts attached underneath his hospital gown."
After a troubling incident on the way to class, Izuku Midoriya is hit with a gender-swapping quirk that leaves him -now her- the opposite gender. Between adjusting to her new body, figuring out if it's permanent, the overwhelming attention (good and bad) from her peers, the confusing feelings she has over switching genders, and the stress of the hero course to top it all off leaving Izuku overwhelmed but doing her best to adjust.
In other words, the one where Izuku is turned into a girl and has everyone starstruck. All the meanwhile, Izuku finally comes to terms with what it means to be who Izuku has always been on the inside.

He was felt like he was always hiding.
That's because he was. Izuku Midoriya, always hiding from his bullies and hiding everything away from his mother. Hiding everything behind his smiles that seemed so real and hiding the freckles that danced on his face, concealing them with makeup in hopes people wouldn't make fun of him as much.
Hiding isn't what heroes do.

Summary
In another universe, Inko and her family moves to Musutafu where the story takes place. In this universe, Inko stayed in her hometown of Hirosaki, Aomori where she lived happily with Hisashi and her 3 year old, Izuku.
Until one day when The Great Earthquake of Hirosaki destroyed the entire city leaving only a sole survivor, a toddler who manisfested an extremely powerful telekinesis quirk while both of his parents died protecting him.
Midoriya Izuku is left alone in this world until No. 2 Hero, Endeavor decided to adopt him as a potential prodigy.
Izuku quickly settled in the new house and he brigthens up the commonly gloomy household.
Izuku even changed Enji's outlook and he began to love his adopted son.
Sadly the happiness didn't last long as during one villain attack when they were 12, Izuku sacrificed his life in order to protect his family.
The tragedy hit Todoroki household hard as nobody able to smile widely after that.
However one day, the supposedly dead Izuku shows up at the fateful USJ attack as one of the villain and has no problem attacking Shouto. -

Denki was like the sun incarnate, everything about him pretty and joyful making you want to chase his warmth to the ends of the earth. Except when it came down to it, he had a lot more hidden behind his pretty surface, like glass waiting to break his facade was starting to crumble all around him.
Hitoshi was like the moon incarnate, everything about him sensual and dark makes you want to lay in his mysterious glow until dawn was upon you. Except when it came down to it, he had a lot more love to give than he was previously given, life was just now starting to make sense to him he refuses to give that up.
Or the author is obsessed with opposite color palette ships and just had to make a shinkami fic because the temptation was too much.
