We know how the hero society is run in Japan. But, What about the rest of the world? More importantly, what about The United States of America, the only other country besides Japan, doing it right. Both of these countries have the highest success rates and both governments have taken notice. The governments decided that they would figure out which country deserves the title as Number One! Japan decided to use their Top Hero school, Yueii. Yueii, told about the situation, decided to pick (at random) one of their First year hero classes. Class 1-A was chosen. America put their best foot forward by picking their best school in the country, Superhero High. Superhero High was also told about the situation. They decided their best chance would be to use the top freshmen students known as The Toppers. The Yueii students are not told the true nature of this field trip to America, just like the Superhero High students are not told the true nature of this visit. All students are behaving naturally. Now, it wouldn't be a superhero story without a Super Villain. If you want to know how the rest of the world is handling quirks and hero society, then this is your story to read. Come support either Yueii or Superhero High!
