Enjolras gave Grantaire a sideways glare but quickly flicked his eyes back to the road. “I’m not cat dealing.”
“But the million dollar question: are you cat thieving?”
Enjolras raised his chin and tightened his grip on the wheel. “Yes.”
Grantaire burst out laughing. If he was going to be stuck in a car with Intense Velvet Cat Man, he was at least going to have some fun with it.
(Roadtrip AU, or: Enjolras steals a bunch of cats from being put down and is now on the run from the police, and Grantaire is pulled along for the ride.)
