Summary
Midoriya Izuku is born with eyes that see past what normal people can.
He can see spirits.
At first, no one believes him, but he manages to show his friends for a few moments before passing out and being rushed to the hospital for quirk overuse.
Now, he's an outcast at school, the demon boy who talks to spirits and is friends with demons. It seems like only he can see them, interact with them, and help them, but Izuku wants nothing more than to be a hero, and he's going to do whatever it takes to get there.

Summary
On his first day of his second year of Junior High, Izuku Midoriya disappeared from his walk to school, leaving a terrified mother to receive the call that her son had never made it to the building. The police were called, but he was never found, and a destroyed Inko mourned the loss of her only son for 6 long months.
Towards the beginning of the second semester, a heavily mutated, green-haired child incapable of speech was found miles away from Mustafu by the pro hero Eraserhead, and it was only after a blood test was he confirmed to be Izuku Midoriya.
He couldn’t speak normally, only possessing the ability to screech, which was generally translated by one of his quirks. Quirks, plural. The boy was initially thought to be quirkless, something that would be proven false by the experience he underwent, but not only did he possess his initial quirk, he possessed six others, and a possible four dormant ones. He wasn’t able to give the police much on what he underwent during those six months, given that he was “asleep” during most of it.
The biggest question was how he could’ve retained his mind through all that. And that was owing to the one quirk that was truly his.
