Summary
When the first one for all user was trapped inside of All for One's vault, he had two quirks forced upon him instead of one.
One for All mutated.
Two hundred years later, All Might passes his quirk onto Izuku to save his life and ends up inviting him into his family. A family composed of everyone that One for All has ever been passed onto.
Toshinori really didn't mean to damn the kid to an eternity as a vampire when he said he thought of him as his successor.

“Isn’t he not here?” questions Rava as she jumps into the circle they had formed.
“Why isn’t he here?” asks a fourth vigilante, blocking a knife from one of their attackers with his arm.
“Wasn’t he stabbed?” the purple one says.
A tired voice sounds all over Japan, “Guys, I love you… but you’re all idiots,” the five jump, surprised by the voice, “first of all, coms exist, also… you’re live-streaming…” he continues.
“Stop ignoring us!” the camera picks up another voice.
’Oh right, they’re in a fight,’ the mic hears an exasperated sigh, “Alright, Discord, plan 155,” a slurp can be heard on the other end as the voice pauses, “sub section 23,” Rai finishes.

Shinsou and Izuku get accused of being traitors, the Dekusquad defends them, they fail, chaos ensues, and somehow it ends with eight missing kids who happen to be vigilantes/streamers.

Izuku Midoriya knew from the ripe age of 4 learns that not all Men were created equal. After getting his dreams horribly crushed by All Might, he quickly realizes, that same pitiful knowledge, again and again. Except, the vestiges that live inside One For All don't agree with the blonde donkey and seek him out to be the true wielder of One For All.
Izuku slowly but surely learns how to smile again with the help of those inside him and around him.

Izuku was exhausted, he had won his fight against the greatest villain there is, All For One or Hisashi Midoriya, his own father, but in a strange twist, his father decides to be a good parent and give him a birthday present.
Now Izuku is back into the past before any of his friends could die but he is back with not only One For All but All For One and all of it's quirks too so he now must live his life again with the other OFA users and the ghost of his dead father hiding the fact that he is from the future and that he is now the strongest person on earth.
He might do a little of vigilantism, taking care of a few villains that would be a pain in the ass later on, maybe putting a few of them in the right track and adopting all of his class.
AFO is just happy to be able to spend time with his brother and son again.
