Summary
Everyone in this life need to cry sometime on their life. When you are severely injured, after a betrayal, or even after the death of a close one. Crying is normal, and expressing yourself is a good way to keep your mental health stable.
But this is not the case of Mao Mao. Living in a family where he cannot express his feelings to not damage his hero dreams, he doesn't know how to react to every bad moment of his life. Especially when his father put him a terrible idea on his mind.
Story of the different tragedies of the hero, without being able to express his defeats in a proper way.

Edit: I've just hit upon some advance chapters that actually go DEEP into the systemics of Mao's powers. Yay!
Will get *quite a bit* sensual in places, but no outright smut. Heaping helpings of cute tactile affection typical of felines, large and little. Snugglemao. Rare raw emotional vulnerability moments from our favorite small tsundere sheriff.
“The singsong king has a soft touch, both physically and mentally, despite his size and physique. To break down the barrier that seems to outsize his little cat quarry, it’s going to take a lot. He’ll have to pull out all the stops.”
Some notes:
What Mao Mao eventually says about purring is, to some extent, true in the real world.
Mao Mao’s observations about lions he’s met are factual in the real world.
“Dudrato” is an in-universe word for bisexual. Will be explained.
Warriorhood as discussed here, as you might imagine, follows some aspects of Greek conventions. -

Monster Cookies is one of the most well known bakeries in Pure Heart Valley. Known for their ability to make their cookies and cakes look just like monsters. Attracting many with their way of decoration. Badgerclops is an employee at Monster Cookies while Mao Mao is a well known customer who goes there.
After a new bakery opens up across the street, Monster Cookies risk going out of business due to this new and sudden competition that is attracting more customers than them. In order to help, Mao Mao decides to start working at the café in hopes to stop it from going out of bussiness.
