It was somehow strange, seeing Die's style of playing the guitar change.
It was somehow strange, how comfortable sleepless nights had became.
It was somehow strange, how effortlessly close they had became.
And it was somehow strange, when they weren't close.More than two decades had passed and more than a thousand times Kaoru and Die had clashed together, in positive as in negative ways. There had always been a shadow, hiding the nature of their relation. Some days it was for the better, other days Die couldn't stand Kaoru's stubbornness. And the days, Die had to face the darkness, he heard his heart beating so loud, that he wanted to scream and tear it from within his chest just to become the void it made him feel.
