To serve as penance for being an evil tyrant and trying to kill everyone, Hugo has gone into the world to spread new of Kipo's paradise where humans and mutes can live together peacefully.
Five years later, he comes across a settlement of mutes and humans that seem to live side-by-side together peacefully, but then he finds out there are darker things afoot. On top of that, a damsel is in distress but doesn't think much of being rescued.
