Kirby was awoken 200 years too early for duty. It wasn't something anyone really thought about besides the fact it meant he was a baby warrior. So now, Nightmare is defeated, he can live in peace with everyone else! Everything is fine, peaceful, and every day with his friends is as good as ever. He gets to live his life out with them, but...something's odd. The kids don't want to play jump-rope or ball anymore. Everyone seems to get taller and have new interests that can hardly keep his attention. Even Tokkori seems less small, now. Kirby has not been given the full reality that he is not the same as everyone else. Everyone grows up, and he will too someday...but not with the rest of them. Other people are changing more and more as the years go by. He is different because he is the same.

Summary
Basically an Ultimate Universe type of thing. Like, what if certain anime-exclusive characters (like Tiff, Tuff and Escargoon) appeared in the games? It also brings several "what-ifs" later on. Spoilers ahead: What if Magolor's motive traces itself to Sectonia? What if the world Susie got banished to was Halcandra? What if Sailor Waddle Dee was a girl? (Okay, I'm joking with that last one. But I'm serious when I say Sailor is a girl.) I'll also throw adaptations of the anime episodes in between adapting the games, mostly to serve as breather episodes, since you can't fight foes on the magnitude of Dark Matter every day.
Order in which I'll adapt the games: OG Kirby's Dream Land, Dark Matter Trilogy with the Squeaks appearing in it, Kirby and the Amazing Mirror, Kirby's Adventure, Milky Way Wishes, Kirby's Return to Dream Land, Kirby Triple Deluxe, Kirby Planet Robobot and Kirby Star Allies. -

Ever since Meta Knight was rescued from Nightmare’s clutches, the concept of soulmates had been familiar to him. Most, if not all of the soldiers at the garrison had soulmates. Some had already met their soulmates, and left them behind to fight Nightmare’s forces. Some met their soulmates while fighting. Some wouldn’t meet their soulmates for years, decades, centuries- and some would never have one at all.
If he was completely honest, Meta didn’t care if he had a soulmate or not.
