//Takes place after Joker/Arthur gives one hell of a display atop the totaled cop car for the rioters at the end of the film, only instead of being caught and taken to Arkham he makes a successful escape from the ruckus. (Not my first fic by any means but it is my first written in the 'reader/fandom' perspective.

This is just a whole ass mess I decided to do for some reason.
Basically, I have two lists; one for characters, one for plots/tropes. It's numbered, so I'll go to a number generator and put in 1-? and 1-? and then put the numbers together. (ex: 3;27)
As I said, it's a whole ass mess.
Reader will be gender-neutral unless there is a request for a specific gender or I use a pronoun that states differently.
