Summary
While Aeryn is still refusing to admit she has permanent remnants of Pilot DNA, Moya’s crew takes shore leave on a commerce station. After John’s drunken experiment with an entirely different way to combine human and alien DNA, Aeryn has to give him a very awkward talk about the birds and the bees. [Post-They've Got a Secret]
“I know humans have terrible memories, but less than three monens ago we all almost died because an interstellar parasite got on board without detection.”
“Fair point,” John half-shivered, half-shrugged, crossing his arms and rubbing himself as if he were cold. “Just thinking about those giant sentient space kahk-roechiz makes my skin crawl. So let’s avoid that.”
That was one of the more evocative of his mysterious English metaphors. Aeryn had heard him use it before, but his gesture finally made it clear that he was referring to an actual physical phenomenon.

Summary
Three years following the events of “Doctor Who and the Marvelous Muppets,” the Earth-M universe has become a haven for weirdness and mayhem, which is normal for a world where Muppets, aliens, wizards, and superheroes coexist. However, the sudden arrival of Seana (an incarnation of Neas, the Gladiator of Gallifrey) brings Sean Livingston, the new director of S.W.O.R.D., into a multiverse of madness. But the further down the rabbit hole this mystery goes, the bigger it turns into an Avengers-level threat.

Summary
I haven't finished the show yet so don't spoil anything! It's not reeaallly based off the plot at all, Scorpious isn't even in this. Lore and terminology may not be top tier but don't judge me :) I also have a horrible personal writing style and use lots of commas, and sometimes I mix up past and present tense so I apologize for that
Takes place sometime after Talyn is born but the events of end of season 1 do not take place. Mainly focuses on Season 1 interactions
I'll put warnings before the smut chapters cause those will be intense
But im even worse at summarizing so :) -

Summary
John and Aeryn harvest propulsors for the module, then toast the possibility of his going home with a little too much vigor. An awkward game of Truth or Dare ensues. [Post-DNA Mad Scientist]
“Right. Got it. Sexually aroused adolescents must be one of those universal constants. Giving them deadly weapons is that added Peacekeeper twist. Spin the bottle is a lot safer.”
Not just adolescents. It had been an occasional pastime on every ship she’d joined. While most of Aeryn's encounters had been unimpressive, a few of those frell-or-fight bouts were quite memorable. What if this really was John’s awkward way of making an offer? Should she accept, now that any concept of contamination was meaningless? How intoxicated was he?

Summary
After Maldis pushed him into violent confrontation with Crais, Crichton lashes out at Aeryn because of what she represents, while Aeryn struggles with where her loyalties actually are. Plus tribbles. [Post-That Old Black Magic]
These were her comrades. They had saved each other’s lives. To betray them to Crais felt wrong, selfish, even if--especially if--it would mean her reinstatement.
“I would take no pleasure in turning you in, John.”
“Oh, well just as long as you would feel bad about it. We’d all be dead, but at least you’d have a guilty conscience. That’s comforting.”

As John pines for Gilina, Aeryn struggles with vulnerability as she recovers from an injury under his care. [Post- PK Tech Girl]
“Does she have reason to be gellus? I hadn't thought—”
John cut Zhaan off, “What? No! It's not like that, Aeryn and I never— God no! Talk about not my type. No, I think she just was mad about the timing. Or seeing it made her uncomfortable. I don't know. She's been avoiding me for days.”

After Sykar, Aeryn struggles with her failures as a Peacekeeper, while John learns what being born to service actually means. [Post-Thank God It's Friday, Again]
"I don’t know anything about genetics, Crichton, even if I wanted to study you, which I don’t.”
“Study us, and I don't think you're giving yourself enough credit, Aeryn. What you did for Rigel yesterday, it’s impressive for someone who’s never done science before, even with Pilot’s help. I’m not sure I could have figured it out so fast. Maybe you really are just a Tech who’s a late bloomer.”

In the early days, Aeryn and John run a salvage job together. [Post-Back and Back and Back to the Future]
“Easy as pagh?” Sun asked, after they finished conveying the plan to Pilot.
“Pigh.” Crichton had started stacking and gluing. “And definitely not. It’s insane. Throw boxes out of rapidly moving craft, hope they don’t hit anything important as they spin free, and then go fetch them in the depths of space, like chunky needles in a dried grass heap. But if you say you can do it, I’ll try to believe you.”

John has a lot to learn about his new life, but some things Aeryn can't teach, because she never learned. [Post-Thrown for a Loss]
“Well bless your heart, Officer Sun. Why don’t you show me how a Peacekeeper does a push-up.”
Push up was clear enough, but the other phrase was a puzzle. His voice had gone into that rolling slow cadence Sun knew was the quieter version of anger for Crichton. Using her title was another warning sign. He would be too touchy to ask why he was saying prayers for her internal organs. If it was a threat, she could ignore it this time, and just do as he’d requested.

John tries to teach Aeryn manners. [Post-Exodus From Genesis]
“Flighz, yeah, little bukhs that fly around.” He made a ridiculous little flittering with one hand. “They like sweet things, like hunny--which comes from beez which are a different type of flying bukh--but anyway it’s sweet, and you catch more flighz with hunny than with vinnigar, that’s a sour liquid, by the way. And what it means is, when you ask people to do things nicely, they’re more likely to say yes.”

Summary
Aeryn comes across an unhappy John, and puts them both to work. [Post-I, E.T.]
“Dammit , Miss Sun, why are you pointing a gun at me this time?”
“I thought something was wrong, Crichton. That you were seriously injured.” She approached, still cautiously, to stand over him, scanning for some cause to his distress.
He gave a short, humorless bark of laughter. “No… no. Just home-sick.”
