Summary
This is a rewrite of an old story that I started on fanfiction.net a decade ago. Post RotF. OP/SW. Slash. Will have elements from 3rd movie, DotM, but pretty much ignores all the other movies.
Summary: The events with the Fallen and his revival at the hands of the Primes and the Matrix of Leadership triggered a change to begin in Samuel Witwicky. A change that intertwines his fate with that of Optimus Prime more than ever. Now he's dealing with abilities he's never had before and his entire world is changing only for him to also find the fate of an entire race on the cusp of extinction lies on his shoulders.

In the meanwhile, Ratchet, a doctor mech who was take interest to the old minivan at the first time the family visited the hospital and to get close to this interesting red car, doctor make a secret deal with this poor car.
Obviously the family is Prime family, the couple Optimus and Ironhide, two sparkling Cliffjumper and Bumblebee. -

Summary
Some higher being (Likely Primus) decides to throw a giant wrench in the workings of fate (Probably just for the shits and giggles) and decides to toss a group of friends into the Transformers Bayverse Universe and give them bird attributed forms. Not like they weren't busy running an underground criminal empire or anything like that! Without any way within reason of getting home, and with a few years before the beginning of the first film, the group of tight knit sisters from other misters decide to add this new world to their oyster collection.
Their new focus however, is on making sure that the fate of the Cybertronian race isn't to end on Earth, Warlords, Fallen Primes and even Unicron be damned, Hell have no fury like a woman scorned, and these four aren't women anymore. They're a whole lot worse. -

When an energy signature turns out to be a youngling chained like a prisoner, the Autobots take her back to their base where they discover what the youngling femme has been through. Something that no youngling should have been through. It will take time for her to fully heal from old wounds and scars, but until then Jazz will be the one to look after her.
Jazz knows it will be hard doing this on his own, but luckily for him his good friend Prowl will help him.

Without a way to revive Cybertron, the former warlord finds it within himself to live peacefully with the inhabitants of Earth and the members of Team Prime.
