Or, Tommy works out that heroism isn't all that it's made out to beA blistering sound came from above him, the whirling of rotor blades creating a wind powerful enough to knock Tommy over - if he were standing. The Crow gave one last look at Tommy, before motioning to his flock to follow him to the helicopter. He clearly thinks I'm not a threat, Tommy hissed as he moved his arm, pushing himself up onto his legs. And he's right.
Because if there's one thing that Tommy is, it's a coward. He won't die for the heroes, he'd rather risk all their lives than risk his to potentially save his colleagues. Tommy had been fighting the Syndicate for months now, and every time he leaves them alive - in return, they'll leave him breathing too.

“Tubbo…” He whispered. “It’s okay. No one is mad at you, you’re not in trouble.” Ranboo reassured him, promising that he wasn’t in trouble. He filed that information away. Tubbo was… afraid of being blamed.
’What’s the significance of that’ Wilbur wondered.
Tubbo’s sobs turned into hiccups, his tears drying beneath his eyes. He closed them and sighed, pushing away from Wilbur slowly, enough so that the older boy held his arms out incase he needed steadying. He reached froward, pressing his thumb beneath Tubbo’s eye to wipe away the sticky salt tracks that lined his face.
“…Talk to me.” He muttered, Holding on to him.
“Schlatt is… he’s… I knew him.” Tubbo admitted, his eyes glued to the floor. “I knew him before I met Tommy.”

He just wants to live his life in peace and quiet running his little cafe. that is hard to do when both the top three villains and heroes like you and your not-so-ordinary overpowered powers that comes in the form of a deck of tarot card that warns him of the future and gives him certain powers based on each card and their orientation. can he keep his power a secret and stay out of the world of powers or does he learn that a little bit of both can also be just what he needed?

Dream (Dart), the average hero grunt (who is one inconvenience away from saying “fuck it” and turning to villainhood), has a soft spot for the annoying vigilante that just so happens to “accidentally” run into Dream on patrol constantly. A new threat appears that has Tommy (Torch) as one of the only people that can do anything about it. So, for the sake of the city (and at the cost of Dream’s dwindling sanity), the two team up.
The two are kidnapped by said threat, and Tommy’s family comes to save them. Well, save Tommy, that is. Dream is just pulled along for the ride because Tommy said so. Oh, and Tommy’s family are world renown super villains. Dream doesn’t get paid enough for this shit, but at least Blood God is hot. -

Summary
Powers were so cool. Some of them looked a bit OP and others were a little more meh but that doesn't mean they're not amazing. On the contrary, the powers could be used for so many things that the people who use them for good deserve more recognition.
Tommy has wanted to be a hero since he was a child.
And he grew up wanting to be one. He even managed to get a job in the super’s agency in his district.
In training, with no possibilities to actually fight crime until he is 18 and having to be an unpaid intern BUT HE IS ON HIS WAY.
And he was asked for help when there’s a district collab!
“Tommy, we are going to be hosting a very important reunion with the L’Manburg district and everything must be perfect”
“That’s so cool! And what did you need the broom for?”
“Oh, because the floor is dirty, I need you to clean it”

While the Hero was silent, Tommy spoke.
"Do you fucking need something? If you don't, I'd like to not be late for my damn shift."
The hero stepped aside, out of Tommy's way. "Sorry, I was just coming by to see if there was any criminals out tonight." He said.
"And..?"
"And I didn't find any, sorry I took up your time, sir" and with that the Hero left. And Tommy was back to walking. A bit quicker too, for a few good reasons. 1, he doesn't want to be late for his shift. 2, Tommy doesn't want to be stopped by another Hero, or a Villain at that. 3, the Hero was giving him bad vibes. 4, he feels like he's being watched now and Tommy doesn't like it.
