Summary
Chuuya Nakahara has to submit an assignment but is totally not on time. He spots a group of students and takes a photo of them, the assignment was to tell a story through people, the students in this case were arguing and one of them just stood out, it was perfect. He couldn’t explain himself and ran away. The person who he photographed was an art student called Dazai Osamu, along their friends. Soon he finds out that he shares a class with Dazai, what he doesn't expect; what a menace that man truly is.

“You’re shit at running, you know?” Junichirou huffs, needing to actually slow down so that Tachihara keeps up with him.“I don’t make a habit of it, unlike some people,” Tachihara retorts right back, but his cheeks are flushed with exertion already.
“Then I’m surprised you aren’t dead.” Junichirou leaves it at that, tugging on Tachihara’s jacket - that he never let go of -as they make a sharp left turn into a residential area. “Stop being a baby and run faster!”
Strenuous circumstances keep bringing them together, but the stakes keep getting higher. The Shibusawa Incident made them a pair, and the mission after leaves them, and Dazai, as the only people in the world who remember who Junichirou Tanizaki and Michizou Tachihara are.

Chuuya's parents drag him to Seaview Beach for the summer. They've rented out the beach house of an elderly couple, and are due to leave on August 4th.
He hates it. He hates everything about the stupid beach, down to each individual grain of sand. He just wants to go back home.
Though, after he meets a group of kids his age who've been on this beach for much longer than he has (including a certain someone), he starts to change his mind. Summer shenanigans ensue, sand gets everywhere, kids scream and run across the shoreline, and Chuuya starts to warm up to the beach.
Maybe this place isn't so bad after all.
