The monsters were finally free. But, unfortunately, Frisk and their friends were separated by the police, who locked the monsters up and handed Frisk over to social services. The monsters had to achieve Full British Citizenship by proving they had lived in the UK for thousands of years, even though the only family of mages, Frisk's family, in the whole country who knew of their existence have been murdered or kidnapped. With their family gone, their sister missing and Toriel not even recognised as a person yet, Frisk's future was uncertain.
Toriel only wanted all the best for Frisk. Sans begrudgingly felt bad for the kid and, maybe, might want to find their missing sister, Mist.
Frisk just wanted their family back.
(Formerly named Misttale: The Tale of Frisk and Mist.)
As a rite of passage held by arcane law, all mages upon reaching adulthood must summon and bind a Familiar to themselves for servitude, protection and battle.
...Of course Frisk's has to be a lazy skeleton that doesn't do anything other than eat, sleep and crack horrible puns. And has the lowest stats of any summon in recorded history. She's the laughing stock of the Order.
She pretends not to notice that underneath the visage of the docile Familiar lurks something far more cunning, sinister. That looks at her with murderous intent, fury and...possession.
For no-one truely remembers exactly what the Familiar Bond is...even as war looms on the horizon.
ON HIATUS UNTIL LATE 2019
- Part 1 of Underkings
After reliving the same traumatic events over and over again, Frisk can see that Sans doesn't have much left to give. With each reset that steals away their happy ending, Chara is getting a little closer to breaking the monster completely.
Sans is hanging on by a thread, and Frisk knows eventually that thread will snap.
Filled with desperation and determination, Frisk does the only thing she can. She calls for help.
The mages, her Den, that answer the call may just be enough to save the underground. They may just be enough to save Sans from what he has endured for so long and remind him that someone out there cares a whole lot about him.
- Part 1 of It's a Mage Kind of World
Everyone knows the story of the War between Monsters and Humans but what happened afterwards and why did Frisk climb Mount Ebott?
