Summary
On a street in former Cardassia Heights is a building housing apartments, and on the bottom floor shops. One of these shops is a pizza parlor called Deep Dish 9. This narrative is a chronicle of some of the happenings on that street, mostly centering around a new medical student to move in, and a tailor who has been there since before the Bajoran diaspora moved in. With marginal planning, and probably a whole heck of a lot of chapters planned this story will unfurl to tell some sort of stories about affection, romance, irresponsibility, smuggling, ducks, and plenty more.

Summary
Julian volunteers his time as a doctor to the reconstruction efforts on Cardassia, and when Garak stops replying to his letters, he fails to consider why. When he reunites with his friend, he ends up becoming involved in the mess that Garak wanted him to avoid. Things only end up further complicated from there.

My hopeful attempt at a sequel to AuroraNova's amazing piece Altering Course but angstier and smuttier. I am no author, but I love the Post Canon Cardassia that she has created and I also am a weirdo who likes mpreg. Yes, this is an mpreg fic, but like One and Only, another great sequel to Altering Course, it is scientific. I feel like 300 years in the future, this could probably be a thing so I'm gonna go with it. Anyway, basically this picks up two years after their wedding where they are extremely happy, but something is missing, whatever could it be? But unfortunately making their lives complete won't be an easy road.

Julian’s personal padd dinged from where he’d placed it on Ezri’s table, and he internally groaned. Ezri noticed his good mood fading as he reluctantly eyed the screen, and asked, “Another message from your stepson?”
“Honestly, Ezri, these pictures make me wonder if Tolan is even my stepson anymore.” He turned on the screen, and sure enough, a notification that Garak’s messaging address had sent him pictures was there. Since Garak only messaged him in letter format, it meant Tolan had gotten ahold of the device again.
