Jackson Overland died when he was 15 years old. And as a result, his spirit Jack Frost was created. But instead of staying dead, Jackson was brought back to life and Jack Frost was once again joined with his body. Jackson now has an ability to become Jack Frost at will.
The only problem is he doesn't exactly use his powers for good.
