To be of true royalty was a matter of perspective. It varied differently within the court, with the warriors having theirs be the highest in regards of respect. Skill and combat was of the highest required asset and for Evanora it was no different. However her role on Asgard proved to be of the different set.
She was the daughter of Harokin, the leader of the Einherjar. The most elite of warriors in Asgard's masses who had expectations of his daughter to be of the same prominence. The crown jewel of the nine realms he would refer to her as in her youth. Her duties were more political, never having enough time to be able to join the other ranks in a match before being scolded back into her studies by her father.
The jewel title that was meant to be a term of endearment from her parental figure often was the source of ridicule by the dark haired princling. Evanora continuing to be in his company as the prince would one way or another end up in the same library space as her. Their game of mischief never changing as they grew up near the other, leading into an accident neither of them intended to happen and a prophecy of the destruction of Asgard cutting their high-spirits short.
