Summary
All for One has did his absolute best to change his son into a perfect villain. The skills, the contacts, the money. Even the quirk. Now that he officially retired to focus on his family (namely, his beloved if slightly intimidating wife and absolutely adorable adopted daughter that he only had to destroy one yakuza clan to obtain - a bargain, really) he expects his son to become his heir. To have All Might tremble in fear.
Except, Izuku's definition of villainy sounds oddly antiheroic. Surely, he'll come around eventually. Right?

Naomasa reached down and tried not to gag as he pulled a pion out from the gunk that once might have called itself a villain. Or a cow. With feathers. Or just bad fashion taste. Some combination of those things. Now it was barely more than what you find at the bottom of the stew.
“Pretty sure, yes...”
“Then who’s feather is this?”
Naomasa held the first possible piece of evidence into the flickering fluorescent light.
The crimson of it wasn’t from the blood.

Izumi Midoriya-Kayama is the granddaughter of Nana Shimura and inherits an evolved version of Float rather than One for All as she begins her hero academia. Things begin somewhat similar to canon with a few notable changes and then begin to snowball from there.

Summary
Midoriya Izuku didn't change overnight.
