Summary
In a world where the elite strives for immortality and easily discards reproduction for it, where licenses are needed to be at all allowed to conceive a child, and illegal children are taken away and raised into second class citizens, a hybrid child shakes the community of actual vampires and their hunters. Half vampire, half human, most who know about her assume the girl to be the harbinger of the apocalypse. A cat and mouse game begins as the vampires try to find and protect her, and a group of hunters are out to catch her first to prevent doom and destruction.
Or, Wesker is the head of a vampire clan which he hides behind the Umbrella Corporation and its bioengineering wonders, and Lorraine desperately tries to find this dhampire child before any clan can use her for their own good. And when Alice and Lorraine meet in the midst of this mess....ah, well, maybe you should read that for yourself.

I have my Percival Leto Story up here. I started writing Charles Xavier with other James characters but that didn't get far. Then I missed Percival and suddenly this popped up. Planned as a short smutty thing, it grew and I started typing it today. Not finished. Sigh. See where it goes... to bed! sure! Or elsewhere.

There were any number of things that Marcus could cite as to why this particular man had caught his attention: the mesh of his vest, out of fashion for the season; the ridiculous size of his sunglasses, overtaking a good portion of his face; the jut of his hipbones, visible from the low hang of his pants and the high rise of the vest aforementioned; the fact that he was cursing like a mad man at his ineffective lighter, yet failed to garner so much as a nervous glance from those passing by.
The most interesting thing, however, was that the man met Marcus's gaze.

Rounding the next corner into the bedroom, what Lorraine saw caused time in the space of the apartment to slow down. She knows she shouldn't have, and she knew there would be one hell of a cover-up that she would need to take care of, but all of her rational thinking had gone out of the window already, and so she fired her weapon.

David Percival from Atomic Blonde. My weakness. Someone started pairing different James McAvoy characters and I was like wtf but this really got to me. An epic. Taking the characters out of movies that really didnt do them justice, even if I love AB as it is.

Set over the course of five months leading to the events of Atomic Blonde. Impetuous newbie Delphine Lasalle is sent to Berlin by the French, and she prematurely thinks she can handle it. Obviously, she can't, and within only a week of being there she nearly gets into trouble. She's rescued by "night and day" duo David Percival and James Gasciogne, and that's only the start of her roller-coaster journey in the City of Lies.
Title/lyrics from the song "Who Can You Trust" by Ivy Levan, recorded for the 2015 action-comedy Spy. (Bad-ass song, and it makes so much sense with this movie, so give it a listen).
