Ollie Bakker should have known NOT.TO.POKE.THE.DEVICE but she did so anyway. In her defense, she was eight. But, even at eight, Ollie could tell you that going from 2007 to 1930s New York was not normal. Finding Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes being beat up in an alley should not have been normal either, but alas, shit happens. Stuck in New York during Prohibition, Ollie Bakker hides as a male, befriends Bucky and Steve, and does her best to keep the three of them alive.
And then WWII happened.
And then Hydra.
Ollie was not having a good decade.

Bucky Barnes woke up from the ice and found out that the world moved on without him.
The good news is that he can technically marry his husband! Go Canada!
The bad news?
Ollie was still dead.
And now, instead of the peaceful happy ending Ollie had teased him about for years, he was having to face the fact that the Norse gods are real, aliens exist, and apparently Howard had a son. He wasn't sure which one of the three was the weirdest to wrap his head around.
But, either way, ghost are coming out of the woodwork, secrets can't seem to stay buried, and this is starting to become one hell of an adjustment period.
Twenty-one years old, and he still can't drink.
