5 Works in Beorn (Tolkien)/Tauriel (Hobbit Movies)

It is difficult to be the last skin changer in existence. Even if Beorn were to venture into the towns of Men or elsewhere, he was often stared at for his giant stature and wild face. Despite his appearance and temperament, Beorn has always been kind to whomever he met. Even to those who wished him harm (though he wasn’t likely to lie down for his enemies either). But that changes when he finds a wounded Elf-maid from a battle and saves her life. He didn’t expect to win her love in return.

Filled with a lifetime of aches and regrets that he knew was never going to go away, Bilbo resigned himself to dying in the Undying Lands without any sense of closure. Until Yavanna stepped in with the offer of a second chance to save the Royal Line of Durin.
But there's a catch... Bilbo has to do it all as a six-and-a-half-inches tall fairy!

Scenes from the lives of the Elf Tauriel, Captain of Thranduil's Guard, and Beorn, the great (and lonely) skinchanger of the North, guardian of the Carrock and protector of the western outskirts of Mirkwood against goblins, wargs and orcs.
Bared to one another under the stars, falling in friendship and love, and guarding one another over a long and arduous winter.

"How do you move on?" Camilla asked.
Gandalf grinned and placed a gentle hand to the young woman's shoulder.
"Why I believe that is quite simple. You move on when your heart finally understands that there is no turning back," the Istari answered.
Camilla was never quite one for fantasies, or books. Aside from the text books she had to read for class, she didn't indulge any further for fear of letting her imagination roam free. But when a freak car accident knocks her unconscious, she's not sure if she's landed in heaven or if her imagination has finally gotten the better of her in hell. But either way, the afterlife seems to strangely resemble the setting of a book that she once read back in seventh grade.
However, it doesn't take her long to make the connections between where she really is. And when she finally realizes where fate has landed her, she's not exactly sure what do, or what to reveal. She knows how life will end for the vast majority of Thorin Oakenshield's company and she's not sure if she should speak up to save their lives or not. Worse of all, she's not sure how to get home.
