“Hey, Flower.” Bambi tilted his head curiously, shifting a bit in place. Flower hummed, indicating that she was listening. Bambi continued, a little nervous, “How… how do you know which flower is the best for each animal? How do you know what their type of flower is?”
“Why do you ask?” She asked in her usual silky voice, blinking lazily. Bambi noted the exact moment her delicate features softened even more as she realized the why of his question. “Oh. Oh Bambi. Do you want to give flowers to someone special? Is that?”
Bambi is in love. Flower realizes.
If love was like a seed, each approach like a stem, each moment like its leaves, and each affection like its soft petals… better to let that flower continue to bloom, right?

A Bambi fanfic written in the style of Felix Salten, the original author of Bambi: A Life in the Woods.
Dinah is an adolescent roe deer. This short story focuses on her transition into adulthood. She falls in love, meets an old prince, learns the ways of the forest and comes face to face with Him - the mysterious and feared enemy of the forest folk.
*Finally completed. It took ~8 months of ~weekly chapter additions, but it’s finally done. Awesome.

Okay. Weird, right? This is a rewrite of a story I made when I was very young with movies from my childhood. Other nostalgic movies will be referenced, but I was a child bordering on being a furry, so the main focus will be on these animal movies.
Anyway, in this story, Mufasa's pride was captured to be part of a circus. In America, the circus train crashed, and all of the animals escaped. Now they're in constant danger of being hunted or recaptured, all while raising their own cubs, and the puppy and fox kit they adopted. Meanwhile, Amalthea has also escaped the circus and is trying to find her home again, until she runs into a stag who changes her perspective.

Summary
Disney Castle and its environs were filled with discord. The characters that inhabited this magical world were well aware of it. Whether they lived in the castle itself (and a lot did), or lived elsewhere on the campus, or even on the outskirts, near the train station, towards the Marvel Universe, they were aware of it. It existed. It was there. They felt it, or knew about it, or experienced it.
The male characters tried to quietly ignore it, but it was there. With the female characters it was pretty much expected that they would have some sort of stance on the issue.
The topic? The Disney Princess line.
