Big fat drops of blood tumble off First’s face. They splatter on the floor. In an instant, everyone is on their feet crowding around First. First wants the pain to stop. It doesn’t and the edges of his eyes are consumed with a dark, colorful static and First feels himself pitch forward off his chair, right before the world is consumed with a bright white light.
He wakes facing upwards in a blue sky. He's...he's in a playground? What? How? Is this real?
"Mister! Hey Mister, sorry I think I summoned you with my quirk? I think I just got it? I was thinking really hard about how I need an adult to help me get down from the top of the playground tunnel, because I didn't want to jump down and break my legs. You look tall enough to help me."
First sits up and turns to who is talking. There, on top of an elevated playground tunnel, is a small little green child.

That evening, Inko decided it would be a good idea to tell Izuku about him being a vampire. The two Midoriya's sat at the small dining table, a pleasant quiet buzzing between them. Izuku kicked his legs as he hummed to himself, adding the finishing touches to his masterpiece, a drawing of the hero Snipe. Meanwhile, Inko fiddled with one of her chopsticks trying to come up with the best way to tell her son that he’s a vampire. Surely she couldn't just say 'Izuku sweetie you're a vampire with supernatural abilities that will probably only get stronger with time as well as the quirk you may or may not be able to activate.'
“I'm a vampire momma?” Izuku asked, tilting his head like a lost puppy; she said that all out loud. Well at least she knows where Izuku got his mumbling habit from.
TLDR; izuku is a vampire :)
