I have always wondered why Arya was not witnessing Jaime's trial. Maybe because the wine girl.....
The title is a quote from Arya in a confrontation with Sansa at Winterfell in sé8.For technical pc/software reasons I cannot create a new series (believe me, I did try and contact assistance, with no result) and it is set in Winterfell along the timing of the long night.
Thanks a lot to my dear BETA!
I do hope you'll enjoy it.A. Comment Is welcomed.

PART TWO IS I WANTED TO BE A KNIGHT
An AU from se6 ep10, the Frey hosts the Lannisters and a certain girl locks gaze with an (in)famous knight.
The title is from Bronn's quote when the wine girl approaches the Lannisters.
Let's face it, Jaime speaks volumes with his eyes and Arya's true gems shine through the mask. -

Summary
She doesn’t know how long they stand there, wrapped up in each other, but Arya doesn’t much care. Time is of no consequence to her anymore, now that they've won.
The Great War's end only signals the beginning for Gendry and Arya, if only she would accept it. Post-canon. Mild spoilers for Season 8 Episode 1.

Summary
Spring can be an unpredictable time of year, warm and summer-like one day, and cold and snowy the next. It’s easy to get pulled into a false sense of security that things will remain hospitable when suddenly Dogwood Winter hits and reminds you that dark times weren’t far behind.
Now that winter is over, there's a list to finish off and a pack is established. In the journey, Arya contemplates the balance of a killer's desires and the need for human connection that has left her burned her whole life. Sandor continues trying to teach the wolf. [Arya x Sandor]

“So, you’re alive,” she pointed out, grabbing the flagon and filling his cup, then her own.
Sandor took a drink, and regarded her, chewing on his lip in contemplation. “So are you,” he said at last, nodding in her direction.
--
With the army of the dead inching closer to Winterfell, two old companions reunite around a mutual desire for vengeance. What happens when they realize they're two sides of the same coin? It's one thing to think it, it's another thing to act upon it. Especially with everything else going on around them. But with no guarantee of a tomorrow, perhaps now is as good a time as any.

Summary
"A girl should be bloody too. This is her work."
Arya remembers these words when she kills Petyr Baelish.
This is how she gets there. This is how her list grows. This is why she did not clean her blade.
(or, a fix-it for all those weird plot holes and inconsistent characterizations D&D gave us)
