Shinsou Hitoshi would like to think he's normal. He's growing like a weed, has a useful quirk despite what others say. So he's really confused about the sudden..sickness? Hitoshi wouldn't say he gets sick often or is unhealthy but this one, in particular, is a progressing thing that makes absolutely no sense. It's as if he's getting his quirk for the first time but that makes no sense, he's already 14. Then again, suddenly growing gills and the whole thing with his throat can't exactly fall under anything else but in-coming quirk. He's rather done with it and would like to go back to being normal, thanks.

How had things gotten to this point? How could things have gone so catastrophically wrong that it resulted in them all being here in this room right now, desperately waiting for any news on their friend's condition?
They had barely gotten him back, only for him to be whisked away again and out of their sight. The doors that the doctors tending to him had disappeared behind stood hauntingly still, relentlessly mocking them. No one had come through in hours now. The only reason none of them had stormed through and taken over the operating room where their friend was (yet), was because Recovery Girl had disappeared with them, promising to keep a watchful eye on him (and the doctors).
Everyone tensed as the doors creaked loudly in the deadly silent waiting room. A doctor with snake-like eyes stepped through, her face seemingly void of emotion except for the hint of weariness shadowing her face for the briefest of moments. The second her yellow and black eyes met everyone else's, she schooled her features and stepped forwards.

Summary

And the situation is only further complicated when Kacchan breaks into his apartment with All Might, alive, later that night.
Turns out, one interdimensional warp Quirk managed to pull six different One For All users into the dimension Izuku calls home. And while he can celebrate the fact that he has six new mentors who have experience with the Quirk, there's also the looming issue of the target All For One has placed on Izuku's back, and the fact that all six of the other users need to get home eventually.

In Tamaki’s opinion, a villain isn’t the worst thing to be. If, at age four or five, he had been told he risked turning into a villain, then maybe things would have been different. If, at that age, he’d had something to fight against, maybe he could have made himself dare to want things enough to chase them.
