Summary
When the initial hunger for getting assigned a good story and the subsequent satiation that comes with it wear off, Bernstein is left with a lingering annoyance.
Woodward is young and inexperienced. He’s been working at the Post for nine months. He should be scrappy and rough around the edges and still breaking a sweat every time Bradlee so much as thinks about him. Instead, he’s all golden retriever confidence and charm and somehow has an infuriating knack for turning a courtroom assignment into the story of the fucking century.
Of course, he can hardly write to save his life, which makes Bernstein feel better.

Summary
Castiel Woodward is starting his first year of college and all he wants to do is get through the year, keep a low profile, and not cause trouble. All of this goes to shit when he meets the editor of the school newspaper, Charlie Bradbury, and joins the writing team for the Bernstein College Post. All of this goes more to shit when he befriends Dean Winchester, a second year Journalism major, and they begin to uncover what turns out to be the biggest scandal the school has ever seen. The story takes them on a cross-country journey from Washington D.C. to Coastal California, looking for any and every lead to help them solve the case, and somewhere along the way they just might find each other.

Summary
Cover art for the story. Story summary:
Carl Bernstein and Bob Woodward are both journalists — and that's pretty much everything they have in common. Now they are forced to work together on a Watergate case. With every answer they find they also find more questions. Quite soon they notice that they are surrounded by threats, huge pressures and no one else to help them out but each other. Basically, the story happens between/behind the scenes of the film.
