Summary
This work is a continuation of the Limits series. It is strongly recommended that the previous work Where Our Limits Approach is read, but you should be able to understand without having done so.

Summary
Viren's army was defeated, but everything is far from over. Human-elven relations are still tense at best, not helped by how much certain parties have lost during the war. So when dark magic is detected within the borders of Xadia, it will take a lot of convincing to get everyone onto the same side before the shadow envelops them all.
Featuring: copius amounts of Rayllum, the spread of human mages, the steadily improving relations between humans and elves, and the slow ostracization and extinction of dark magic, eventually culminating in a war against one of the most powerful elves ever to walk the earth.

“It was foolish of me to ever even consider that he loved me back. Not when I was, not when I am so corrupted.”
“Are you corrupted, Viren?”
Viren didn’t respond, curling into himself on the chair.
“Show me.”
“What?”
“Bare yourself before me as you really are.”

Summary
It was common knowledge that there were five human kingdoms. A pentarchy, as it was called, was after all five monarchies. However, each kingdom reflected one of the six primal sources, just like their elven counterparts. Nobody questioned this for a thousand years, until a curious human mage decided to poke some ruins with his glowing cube.

Summary
The elf smirked. “So, you wish to know more about elves.”
It was more of a statement rather than a question, but Viren nodded.
“Any kind in particular, or just elves in general?” His eyes landed on the pouch in Viren’s hands. The mage had never told him what was in there, but he thought he had a good idea on what it could be. He had noticed the chains in the background of the castle dungeon when he was still stuck in the mirror, how those cuffs had been closed but empty.
As if by magic.
“What can you tell me about moonshadow elves?”

This is part of the Join Me universe, and while you don't have to have read it all to enjoy this scene it'd mean much more and make more sense if ya did! Especially since this is the ending.
This one goes out to all the guests without Ao3 accounts who read this series, and people who wanted more sweet Viravos fluff: here's some non-explicit romance just for you.

“Now a promise made is a debt unpaid, and the trail has its own stern code.” ― Robert W. Service, The Cremation of Sam McGee
In the 20th century, Sade, a bright and resilient, young woman from Neolandia, owes a debt for her new life to Lord Viren, after helping her and her family immigrate from a war torn and poverty stricken Neolandia to a flourishing, safe Katolis.
To repay him, she works as his scribe and extends herself as a mentee of dark magic. Incrementally, increasing her debt, until, years later engaged and moved to Durien, she is paid a visit by Lord Viren on the day of her wedding.
He's come to collect her overdue payments in full. It's a game of cat and mouse where there's no winners.

Summary
Aaravos had lost everything.
He was left alone in his mirror prison to grief and regret and to wait for what felt like an eternity ... until fate finally gave him something back. He always firmly believed that the people we love would never leave us for good and sometimes they would even find their way back to us and as the world opened their hands, he knew he had to be right about this one.
Maybe that was his chance to also regain his freedom and the chance to finally fulfil his destiny.

Summary
This is pretty much a story of a mermaid Aaravos who gets brought in by fishermen to a marine research center where they run tests on him and hold him in captivity. Harrow happens to work at the research center and his task is to make the creature non hostile because he is pretty dangerous and doesn’t like humans. (Can’t blame him they ripped him out of the sea)
Aaravos is a vicious little siren
Viren ends up keeping him being to proud in his work and has plans for their new little fishy friend.
I won’t give too much away because that’s why there is a story!
This is my first fiction I’m writing on here I apologize for bad grammar or short chapters! And I’ll try my best to update it as quickly as possible!

Summary
"It was a complicated feeling, Ethari had come to discover, being grateful to fate for bringing home one cherished member of his family, all while still feeling the hollowness of another’s continued absence.
Was he permitted to mourn his husband while Rayla is celebrating being restored as a fully-fledged member of the Silvergrove? Is he allowed to grieve while he should be celebrating as Rayla introduces her young human friend (boyfriend, he must remember,) bringing along with them a sign for potential peace between Xadia and the human lands?
Was he expected to move on without any real closure or finality to Runann’s death? It was still too early to feel like he wouldn’t be an unfaithful husband by once again parading around as a single, unmarried man, Ethari mused as he pounded the steel on his forge."Or, in the aftermath of season 3, our heroes move on and try and tie up their loose ends. However, with Claudia on the run and Aaravos still at large, making those knots might not be as straightforward as "moving on."

A part of #MageFamWeek2020 by @yukifrill, this is my take on prompts 'Hurt'/'Timeskip'
~"I do hope there's a jelly tart in there."
It took a few seconds for Soren to swallow his tears and answer: "Y-yeah, uh, actually, I'm afraid I-"
"Don't apologize, Soren! Maybe next time", Viren chuckled and nodded his head. He held that stupid sad smile on his face, Soren was red and snotty and he was so afraid.~
