On the night that they meet Mayumi and successfully solve the case of the missing star with her, the Pretty Boy Detective Club is whisked off into the distant future where life forms called Gems battle Lunarians who want to make them into jewelry. And Mayumi is pulled along for the ride as well. Then they realize that it was all a dream. Or was it? After the brief period where they were relieved that they didn’t actually have to fear anything from the dream world in real life, they become actual Gems (though they look the same) and now they have to protect this world with their fellow Gems. (By the way, this is a dedication to my 2 favorite anime shows of all time! Houseki no Kuni is my favorite anime and Bishounen Tanteidan is my second favorite anime!)
