Did I really hear her voice in the morning? Did I really chase her across the mall? My family is right. Maybe I do push my limits at work. Maybe I do need to take it easy. Was this absinthe green of a fever dream or have I really lived this day today?
My t-shirt was soaked with sweat. My soul was drenched in her colors. Colors stirred in some godforsaken water of permanence. I am not sure if I can explain who she is to me. All I knew that my heart was all blue in absence of a feeling so profound. All I knew that my essence was now cloaked in saffron unbound. Every ether of my heart soaked in yellow.
