Description:

There's angst, and the humor's bad, sometimes it's the good kind of bad. There's also science.
Most of the science is bad. Worse than the humor.
None of this is actually real, except for the parts that are.
Like the kaiju, the kaiju is totally real.

These are related stories in which Coulson is a BAMF, Natasha has a twisted sense of humor, Steve struggles to grasp the 21st century and Tony buys things.

Notes:

These stories all reside in the same head-canon universe. Sometimes they can stand alone, some of them reference events that happened previously in the timeline. Your guess is as good as mine. I try to leave notes. The series is mostly canon compliant through CA:TWS and then it goes off the reservation.

Detailed explanation of canon divergence, read at own risk
There are some mild wobbly timeline things that happen around Thor 2 that I changed to make everything fit. Friga does not die, she's just severely injured. The rest of the movies are pretty much as is until about 30 minutes into Age of Ultron, after the team has recovered Loki’s scepter but before the scene in the lab. Since the helicarrier never comes into play, Agents of Shield, which was never fully compliant with this universe to begin with, diverges in 2-20: “Scars” and as a result Phil Coulson never loses his hand in 2-21,22: “S.O.S.” though most of that episode plays out the same way. I could get all Meta about why I feel this is the point at which the writers stop being true in their portrayals of the characters but it kind of boils down to “No, Tony is smarter than that and SCIENCE!” So I’m just going to go with that. Ant Man, Thor 3, and Spiderman: Homecoming are not in this timeline. Black Panther is included in the timeline between The Family Business and Domestic Dissension because honestly why wouldn't you include that? It's amazing. CA:CW is not in the timeline, however the UN conference where King T'Chaka is assassinated does take place. Doctor Strange is in the timeline somewhere in the same place but it's not actually that relevant to this story other than the fact that he might pop in from time to time. You can take or leave GotG 1 and 2 as you wish since if any of the characters turn up (unlikely) the movies won't be super relevant. Due to these changes the following things are true in this universe: Phil still has all his remaining limbs, Jiaying is dead, the infinity scepter and von Strucker are locked up tight, T'Challa is king of Wakanda, the world doesn't know who Black Panther is beyond some sketchy cell phone video, and Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver are in the wind sporting grudges against the Avengers.

Ignore the publication dates, the chronology is based on the series number.
