Summary
"Even the smallest person can change the course of the future." - Galadriel
In an attempt to get the Arkenstone back for Thorin, Bilbo discovers the ring he's been using is the One Ring. Seized by a need to destroy gold, especially gold with the ability to ensnare creature and king alike, he sets out alone for Mordor. Anything to forget about the love that gold cost him.
What he doesn't know is that Thorin is no longer under the thrall of gold, and is desperately racing to catch up with him to keep him safe.
They may have just started on another adventure, but this one may not end as well as their first quest.

Summary
This follows after my other fic 'to change the course of the future'.
Bilbo and Thorin travel to the Shire to be married, only to find that it's near to storm season, which means the wedding must be immediately, much to Bilbo's chagrin and his cousins' glee. With the dwarves and elves lending aid, they may just get it done in time.
But it's not the rain they need to worry about, for another storm has been brewing beneath the surface: a storm of doubt and anxiousness, one that may leave the happy day drowned in grief and tears.

Follows immediately after "I will shelter your heart from the storm".
Lobelia Sackville-Baggins is a terrible gossip and a wretched hobbit. These are all things that Dwalin would accept a lot better if she hadn't hurt Bilbo.
Because Bilbo is kin, and no one messes with kin. Not on Dwalin's watch.
Or Esmeralda's, or Primula's, or Kili or Legolas's. Which means, if Dwalin wants first dibs at cracking Lobelia, he's going to have to move quickly.

Post 'won't stand for it', pre 'the dark and lonely woods'.
The journey back to Erebor should be a beautiful one: he has his new husband by his side, jovial companions who are now kin, and a safe resting place just ahead in Rivendell.
But Thorin's suggestion, to speak the truth about the Arkenstone and the banishment, has been festering in Bilbo's head for days now. He's not entirely certain he can keep the words, or the pain behind them, to himself for a moment more. Even if they only tear open a wound that's never truly healed.
Even if they possibly tear asunder a fledgling marriage.

Post "I will shelter" but pre "leave me your fears".
Legolas, Kili, Tauriel and Gimli are cleaning Mirkwood of the darkness, one spider at a time. With Tauriel and Gimli distracted, Legolas and Kili finally get a moment to slip away from their self-titled chaperones.
But the forest is dark, and what was once a sanctuary is now empty of life. The light is gone, and joy with it.
Perhaps Kili's inner light will shine, even in such despair. And perhaps Legolas will have a chance to ask for that light forever.
(Yes, this is their wedding.)

It is a week before Fili and Dernwyn are to be wed. Dis's caravan is nearly arrived at Erebor. The main hall is nearly set up. The dress is nearly finished.
Dernwyn is nearly not panicking. Nearly.
Not that she has anything to panic about: she's only meeting her husband-to-be's mother, trying to find her place in Erebor, and doing anything to not think about the father king she couldn't save.
No, she's absolutely nothing to panic or worry about. Truly.

Summary
Prequel to "to change the course of the future".
While resting at Beorn's, on the way to Erebor, Fili and Kili demand that Bilbo teach them how to play his game of conkers. Which of course doesn't lead to anything good, because they both get their uncle in on it, and Bilbo's fairly certain Thorin barely tolerates him, so this is going to be a disaster. It would be easier to swallow Thorin's dislike if Bilbo hadn't found his heart leaning towards the dwarf.
And yet Thorin agrees to play.
Perhaps he doesn't quite loathe Bilbo after all.
One-shot.

"The pity of Bilbo may rule the fate of many." – Gandalf the Grey
"Many that live deserve death. And some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them? …For even the very wise cannot see all ends." – Gandalf the Grey
Ten years after the Ring was destroyed, kings were crowned, and a hobbit married a dwarf, peace rings across all lands.
But as they will all learn, wickedness still resides in Middle-Earth, and it will strike out for its own selfish gains. When the Shire, and Bilbo, are threatened, the former Ringbearer will find numerous allies at his side, some old friends, some new faces, to oppose the new threat.
Yet the greater threat is one that they may not be able to circumvent: Fate itself. For Fate has been denied lives it was meant to take years ago, and the very hobbit who strives to stop Fate's hand may be the one that tips it.

The first winter after the battle has come to Erebor, and with it a determination to celebrate the holiday of Yule with the newer dwarf holiday of Lukhudfest from the Blue Mountains. All of the mountain, and its occupants, are eager to celebrate peace with garlands, mistletoe, food, and candles everywhere.
In the midst of this joy, though, there is heartbreak and unease for those lost and a battle that one hobbit just can't forget.

Summary
Post 'to rule the fate of many'.
Two years after the Battle for Erebor, Dain calls for Thorin to meet him outside of the Iron Hills and Erebor. Confused, Thorin agrees, and brings Bilbo, Dwalin, Fili, and others with him.
What begins as a potential political meeting soon turns horrific when Bilbo is taken, along with Dwalin, before they reach Dain. While Thorin scours the land, desperate to find them both, Bilbo finds himself not only at the center of a terrible ransom, but also the center of attention from one of the kidnappers, whose interest in him is more admiring and adoring than Bilbo wants. Not when all he wants is his husband.
It's just a matter of hanging on until the ransom is given, and keeping himself and Dwalin alive until then.
