"Why do we need a secret identity?" Dustin asked, looking bored with the subject.
"Because..." Tony paused, trying to think of the right way to put it. "Because being a hero isn't about fame or popularity. It's doing what's right because someone has to do it, and we can't wait around for a solution in good conscience when we know we can help. We don't need to put a face to the symbol. It's supposed to be a symbol, not a celebrity."
There was quiet while the others considered this.
"And our parents will kill us if they find out." El said.
Tony nodded. "That too."
