Summary
With news of a Nighthowler theft, the ZPD is hot on the case. The dynamic duo who busted the original plot are called back in, but chief Bogo has a new ace up his sleeve. A certain pair of detectives who are not to be underestimated. It's up to them to work out how serious the case is, while Judy, having learned of an unfortunately incident in Nick's past, is dead set on finding something to cheer him up at the same time.

Summary
Part 3 of Fantastic Foxes of Zootopia (you can read it without part 1 and 2 of FFoZ), and the follow on to the Fantastic Mr Fox/ Zootopia crossover 'Different'.
The Fantastic Mr Fox crew are living in the city where anyone can be anything and, with the return of Kris' father, things seem to be going well. Ash and Kris, after mending their relationship, are now friends who go to the same school, helping each other out where they can. Today should just be an ordinary school day but, though this fic will remain very slice of life, there's always the chance for drama, fun, hurt, comfort and a whole lot else to sneak in there too.
See what it's like for two foxes going through the Zootopia public school system, particularly two as 'different' as this pair.

(Part 4 of my Zootopia-Aggretsuko-Fantastic Mr Fox mega crossover, but you can read this one without reading the earlier parts).
With the gang raised, living and working in the city where anyone can be anything, they happen to be almost exactly the same. Work goes on, dull day after dull day, but Retsuko has been thinking. Three failed relationships under her belt, she's pretty sure she now knows what she wants, and is going in to express her true feelings this very day!
Of course, said day is going to throw as many curve balls at her as it can, but, through all the trials and tribulations, this might just be the day where things kind of work out to the better for her. And the day where she gets involved in things far bigger than she can ever imagine.
