   This was great! I loved all the care that clearly went into imagining where the characters and world are post-DS9, and I loved all the different personal and political threads woven together, and I loved loved LOVED this version of Kira, how she's grown and yet remained true to the core of herself. Great work!

I'm happy that you think Kira in this fic makes sense as someone who has gone through a lot but is still herself; it's something I worried about so it means a lot to me to hear that.
