  1. Oh yes, snoring can really rob your of your sleep! Maybe it would help Henry to do what a roommate once told me to do when we first started sharing the room: "If I start to snore, just clap your hands two or three times, I usually stop then." Funny thing was it actually worked. So it was both quite practical (I didn't have to get up to stop her) and weird (try clapping while lying in your bed in the dark).
