      Just an oldie reposted. Thank you for commenting! I'm glad you and I are at least still around to keep the pairing alive, though it has shrunk so much. I get sad rereading Jo B and Mik's fics. They are truly missed, but their fics live on. Too bad their stuff can't be archived here for a bigger/new audience to enjoy. Guess we could still rec their stuff with outside links, though. When I think of the 'new' fanfic idea of alpha/beta/omega dynamics I'm forcefully reminded of Life From the Ashes.

        I really enjoyed the writing of Mik and Jo B. Had not heard that Jo B was no longer with us, just that she no longer wrote.

          Her real life blog and website weren't updated until the domain name was gone and all her yahoo groups and archive went silent. And this was before the second movie. Unfortunately all email also ceased to be answered all at the same time. Either she completely disengaged and allowed everything to lapse suddenly or something happened. I hoped she'd come back or leave word over the years, but I've come to suspect the worst. Very sad. :(
