The parent collection for the Twelvetide Drabbles Challenge. Twelvetide Drabbles is an annual fourteen-day drabble challenge (December 24 - January 6) to keep our spirits up and raise money for a social justice cause during the end-of-year holiday season. Summary
For the last few weeks, Pete has spent much of his free time with Wee John and Frenchie doing something Frenchie calls a "stitch and bitch". Honestly, Lucius could get completely behind the bitching, but the stitching doesn't do much for him. He's shocked at how quickly Pete's taken to it, though, given his feelings when they all sat down to make flags at Stede's behest. But Pete has grown and changed so drastically in the months since—he doesn't seem to need to prove his masculinity in such dramatic fashion these days, thank whatever god is listening.
Today, though, Pete insisted Lucius tag along to see his project. "But you have to keep it a secret!" Pete had told him. He looked behind Lucius' shoulder, then behind his own. "It's for Izzy," he'd hissed in a whisper.

When Pete shows Lucius the birthday gift he's made for Izzy, Lucius decides he needs to go all out, as well. But what do you get for the felis who pretends to need nothing? Luckily for Lucius, there's no question a fuckery can't answer.
