Marvel Universe Fics from the MCU, comics, and other movies and shows. I'm not picky. These are just fics that I believe are really good, great, spectacular even! With every ship that catches my eye, again, not that picky. That are from, of course, the Marvel franchise.

“What’s wrong bubba?”Peter asked sitting up running his hand down the cool metal arm, secretly hoping he didn't do anything wrong. “It feels so real.”James said under his breath before answering him, voice cracking “I’ve never had anyone do something like this for… I don’t deserve this. I’m trying to convince myself that this is real and I’m not gonna wake up.” Peter hooked his finger under his chin forcing watery steel blue eyes to meet sparkling chocolate brown “I swear this isn't a dream and if anything you deserve more than you’ll ever know Jay.”

There’s a weird familiarity about the kid's tone and posture, and it’s true that Wade is pretty far from home today but he’s also certain he’d remember that baby-face if he’d seen it before. On the other hand, he has spent the better part of the past few years feeling like he’s missed a step, so this conversation isn’t exactly anything new.
[[A hot guy is willingly talking to us. Go with it.]]
[Don’t make an ass of yourself.]
“Shaddup,” Wade grumbles, though Yellow has a point...
OR Peter thinks Wade knows his secret identity, and Wade is really confused by the hot coed who keeps popping up and hanging out with him.

Peter has to take like twenty pictures before he arranges himself just right in the frame and sends it off to Quentin. When his phone buzzes he gets a noncommittal nice and Peter stares at the phone for a few moments because he’s kind of pissed, actually. When Quent sends him a picture he’s supposed to fawn all over him but he gets nice with no punctuation?
He stews on that for ahile, texting the group chat back and forth about it while he does math homework. He just wants to know, for science as MJ helpfully put it, if someone else would actually give him a half way decent response. Not that that’s hard when your competition is nice, no punctuation. Its not like he’s really considering it much when he scrolls through his contact list so maybe that’s why he lingers over Tony Stark’s name.

Tony was used to people tripping over themselves for just a second of his time. He was blessed with striking features, a fit body – even if he didn’t work out much -, and a suaveness that would put Bond to shame. Besides that, he was a Stark. He was filthy rich and probably the most powerful man in the world – he was at least on the top five list, for sure. To top it all off, he was a genius, playboy philanthropist, so, really, what was not to like?
According to Peter Parker, plenty. And wasn’t that incredibly and surprisingly refreshing and thrilling?

They took him.
They took him and they don't know what's coming.
They took him and they will pay.
OR, meant to be ultra gritty and dark, turned into adorable Peter and the team loving him. Sorry not sorry.

“That was a disaster. The press is having a field day.”
“It wasn’t my fault,” Tony defends. “That Spider-Guy never knows when to shut up. He distracted me.”
“Your reputation took a blow,” Pepper tells him. “Which will be fixed, of course. I’ve already set it up.”
“Set what up? What, am I going to make flower arrangements with the elderly?”
Pepper slides a piece of paper towards him. “Try an orphan. His name is Peter Parker. His biggest dream is to meet you. But…” She hesitates.
“Apparently he doesn’t talk much. Sometimes not at all. Trauma-related.”
“A smart kid who doesn’t talk? Perfect combination. If only all my employees were like that.”
Or: Between Peter Parker barely speaking, and Spider-Man being the ultimate chatterbox, how was Tony ever supposed to figure out that they were one and the same person?

"Peter's looking for his coat in the living room, Thor." Tony said, striding from the elevator. "Did you leave your hammer on it?"
Thor frowned, and then looked over at Tony with an almost abashed expression. "Indeed, Man of Iron." He said. "I did not wish Mjolnir to cause damage your table. I will release young Peter's clothing for it at on-"
"I found it, Mr. Stark! There was this weird tool thing on it, tho-"
"Why are you staring at me?"

"Did you ever get babysat?" He sits up, pushing his rounded glasses back up his nose with the edge of his palm. Sniffs, like it's not really a big deal. Like it's just casual conversation between friends, and not something that'll potentially ruin his whole friendship. "By, like... teenagers?"
