Can't Hardly Wait: A Check Please! Daily Challenge (May-June 2016)
What happened in Jack and Eric's lives and relationship between Jack's graduation day (May 18, 2015) and the 4th of July weekend when Jack visited Eric in Madison, Georgia? This challenge invites authors to post a short work, chapter, or sketch each day chronicling the passage of time "live".
This is a Check Please! daily challenge, open to all writers and artists who enjoy the accountability /structure of creating something daily and putting it out into the world without a lot of beta feedback or editing. There is no formal length requirement -- you could write a Tweet per day (140 characters) or a drabble (100 words) or something longer-ish. The goal is something you can create and post in the time between dinner and bed each day, or over breakfast, or during your lunch break.
This is a Jack/Eric challenge but feel free to mix up POV characters and include snippets from the perspective of other characters in the Check Please! world if you wish -- texts from Shitty? Snarky commentary by Lardo? An email from Alicia to Suzanne? Twitter harassment from Ransom and Holster? A conversation between Jack and Georgia from her point of view? Go for it. All of it. And post it here so we can read it.
(Open, Unmoderated)

2. The central relationship in this challenge is expected to be Jack Zimmerman/Eric Bittle ... interpret that how you will.
3. Fanfic and fanart are both welcomed; mixed media works too!
4. Aim to post daily (though there will be no enforcement; shit happens).
