Summary
Izuku was born with a rare type of soulmate: parental. After being diagnosed quirkless, his father leaves and his mother becomes distant, leading Izuku to believe his third parent would do the same. Desperate to retain a positive relationship with his soul-parent, he keeps them at arm's length for fear of them rejecting him too.
Shouta is worried about his soul-child. Over the last few years they've become withdrawn. Shouta isn't naïve, he knows why children get parental soul bonds. He just wants to make sure they're okay (and maybe meet them and maybe adopt them). Maybe he is just as much of a dad as his friends say.

At USJ, Midoriya Izuku, instead of landing in the Flood Zone, is dropped into the world of Attack on Titan, promptly smashing his head on a rock and losing all his memories. Shiganshina has just fallen, and he wakes up on a refugee boat heading to Trost with no idea who he is or how he got there.
As memories slowly start to come back to him, the newly-minted Deku, a valued member of Special Operations Squad Levi, finds himself being dragged into helping keep Eren, his fellow (quirked?) buddy from being executed by their totalitarian government. And then they're all at war.
He didn't really sign up for this.
When he returns to his homeworld, he's... different. Sharper, not the sniveling little kid he was when he left. No one knows where he's been, and he's not telling. All he knows is that if he's going down, he's dragging the League with him.

Summary
Izuku has always known his job is to keep Tomura stable. Tomura's going to be a very powerful villain one day, and he needs someone to see to his emotional needs while he's busy ruling the world from the shadows. Izuku is supposed to be that someone. It's why Father made him, the reason for which he was born.
Sooner or later however, we all outgrown what we were made for.

Summary
When Inko dies in a trainwreck while protecting Izuku from the impact, Izuku discovers he had a quirk all along. The ability to inherit the quirks of people that die is, to say the least, problematic. It sends Izuku on a much different track that he ever imagined his life taking, but will hopefully end up exactly where he needs to be.

Summary
Todoroki thinks he's weak, he's always been told so, until someone makes him realise that just because he's different it doesn't mean he's weak. He ends up clinging on for dear life to the one thing giving him hope.
Midoriya has always been different in different ways, when he learns why, it all makes sense, but when he sees someone like hims is struggling, he takes it upon himself to help and falls far into the deep end.

Izuku and Katsuki were 5 when they were caught up in a villain attack. Izuku disappearing right before KAtsuki's eyes not to be seen for years afterwords. Izuku meanwhile ended up somewhere else. Somewhere amoungst people that will train him to be the hero he was ment to be. That show him having no power of your own doesn't mean you can't be one.
