Stiles isn't the best in the business because of skill alone; his unfailing ability to complete any job isn't just due to deadly aim. It's not experience alone that people are willing to pay so much for, he's only been at this for a little over a year now anyways. He’s the best because of his ability to read people, his quick albeit disjointed mind, and because no one knows his face, no one knows his name, and if he were to tell them, gun in hand, point blank, they wouldn't believe until the lights go out, until just at that moment they take him seriously and it's already far too late.
Stiles has a trunk stashed in the shell of a mess of an old subway car he has 100,000 dollars split into ever majorly viable currency in the world, 12 passports and an arsenal of weapons and poisons. The cash is just in case, it's not something he worries about, he’s got accounts in every tax haven. He'd quote a movie about how he doesn't get out of bed for less than half a million dollars but he's got school five days a week for most of the year.
Stiles has a nice woman in India who acts as his personal assistant, and he ends up spending a lot of time on the phone with her, seeing as he doesn’t sleep much. Scott thinks Priya is a girl he met while gaming and thinks they have the weirdest relationship. Stiles plays it up to a certain extent and Priya is a godsend. He'd totally marry her and he tells her this repeatedly, and she repeatedly rejects his proposals with such dead pan sarcasm that he tells her it only makes him love her more. Priya is pretty much the only girl he actually regularly converses with and she's on the other side of the planet. He tries not to dwell on that too much, especially when Lydia is being a doting girlfriend and Jackson is being a bigger jackass than usual. Sometimes, just sometimes, Stiles fantasizes about just how easy it would be to kill Jackson, how simple, and he's up to 33 viable plans.
Stiles is a sixteen year old high school student, he's over medicated, clumsy except for when it counts, and he is essentially invisible despite making it onto the lacrosse team (just barely). He's an orphan who lives with his best friend and said best friend's mom and nobody thinks it's odd that his favorite movie character of all time is Mathilda from Leon. His life revolves around school, Scott, and death. The only time he's ever still is when his finger is on the trigger.
