Alpha!Sherlock and Omega!John have been dancing around each other for ages. Sherlock refuses make the first move so they can start a relationship and when John tries to make a move, Sherlock rebuffs him advances.
Then John gets a brilliant idea. He starts flirting with everyone (Random Girls or Guys, Lestrade, Sally, Anderson, Mycroft. EVERYONE.) in order to get Sherlock jealous enough.
It works, Sherlock becomes extremely jealous because if someone is going to be John Watson's mate, it is going to be him.
