Lovely character study of John with a bit of case-fic on the side. I would label this under "religion kink" but to do so would not do justice to the more interesting dimensions of John's inner conflicts. Having said that, Sherlock spends most of the fic in a cassock. Needless to say my mind went to delightful and not entirely appropriate places.
